In a rapidly changing world, the boychild faces unique challenges. This 3-day immersive workshop is designed to equip young boys in Busia with essential life skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership capabilities.
We move away from traditional lectures. Instead, we use gamification, role-play, and hands-on challenges to make learning stick.

Arrival of participants, name tag creation, and "High-Energy" icebreaker games to build rapport.
Boys work in pairs to discuss their strengths and fears. A guided session on self-worth and positive masculinity.
Activity: "The One Minute Hero." Each boy gets 1 minute to talk about their hero. Focus on posture, voice projection, and confidence.
Outdoor obstacle course requiring communication and trust to complete. Debrief on "Winning Together."
Activity: Groups act out scenarios involving peer pressure (drugs, truancy, bullying). They must act out two endings: the bad choice and the wise choice.
Interactive session on child rights and responsibilities. How to report abuse and keep friends safe.
Practical demonstration on personal grooming, respect for others, and table manners.
Using recycled materials (cartons, sticks, tape), groups must build a bridge that holds a specific weight. Teaches physics basics and problem-solving.
Successful men from Busia (Doctors, Teachers, Farmers) share their life stories and answer questions.
Awarding of participation certificates. Boys present their key takeaways to parents/guardians.
